Human Resources (HR)

HR Policy / Staff Handbook review service

In contrast to some HR providers, who offer ready-made ‘off the shelf’ policies. We look at your individual organisation’s structure and needs and then develop relevant policies and procedures which are in line with current employment legislation and are practical for you to implement.

If you are unsure about your existing HR policies or worried that your Staff Handbook may be out-of-date, we offer a 1 day initial staff handbook or policy review service to determine your needs.

The HR retainer service

Let us be your in-house Human Resources Department and provide all your HR services and needs.  For an agreed monthly fee, determined by the size and complexity of your organisation, Sector Matters can provide a full HR service to include absence management, contracts of employment, employee relations, performance management, policy and procedures and recruitment.  We will deliver a guaranteed number of hours working from both our Belfast base and onsite at your premises as agreed.

Recruitment management

Recruitment of high-quality employees can be a time consuming process for organisations and businesses.  Sector Matters offers a comprehensive recruitment service, which can manage and administer the process from the initial creation of a new job description and advertisement of the post, right through to planning the induction process for your new recruit.

We offer a service which is both compliant with equality legislation and carefully planned to suit the needs of your organisation.

Employee relations
