Sector Matters provides MindWise with recruitment services from advice on improving the Job Specification through to carrying out the shortlisting. We have found the service very professional and as Sector Matters tailors its services to the voluntary sector we know they understand our staffing needs

The Sector Matters Team showed great skill in facilitating the diverse NINCA group through a Strategic Planning process.  We achieved a lot in a very short space of time thanks to their hard work and expertise.  We're now working to finalise our Strategic Plan, which will guide us through the difficult times ahead, to the benefit of all our members.

Northern Ireland Neurological Charities Alliance

It is a comprehensive and illuminating piece of work and will provide an invaluable platform for consultation with the executive, management, members and the Bishops

ACCORDNI

Cancer Choices chose to engage the services of Sector Matters primarily due to time constraints, lack of human resources and also due to lack of skills and abilities within the organisation to develop an appropriate recruitment package . Sectors Matters were very prompt and professional in their response and we were successful in our recruitment campaign.

I thought the service was very professional, well presented and hassle free. On the down side the cost of the package was slightly high considering that most voluntary organisations are always short of cash, but overall we felt we had got good value for our money.

Madeleine Mulgrew - Cancer Choices

Colin Neighbourhood Partnership recently underwent a recruitment process for a Marketing Officer. There was a huge interest in this post with high numbers of applications returned. Because the members of our partnership board dedicate time on a voluntary basis, it was extremely difficult to set up a recruitment panel with the correct balance and skills who could dedicate time out of their normal working hours for short-listing and interviews.

We were confident that Sector Matters would provide a professional service suited to our needs and fully compliant with equality legislation. Sector Matters lived up to our expectations and more, we learned a lot from this involvement, Louise provided us with advice and tips in relation to future recruitment processes.

We had a very positive experience of working with Sector Matters and we will use this service in the future.
