I thought the service was very professional, well presented and hassle free. On the down side the cost of the package was slightly high considering that most voluntary organisations are always short of cash, but overall we felt we had got good value for our money.
Colin Neighbourhood Partnership recently underwent a recruitment process for a Marketing Officer. There was a huge interest in this post with high numbers of applications returned. Because the members of our partnership board dedicate time on a voluntary basis, it was extremely difficult to set up a recruitment panel with the correct balance and skills who could dedicate time out of their normal working hours for short-listing and interviews.
